Routine:
Cowashed and finger detangled w/OCDC
Styled and Moisturized w/AOHC (Rake and Smooth Method)
Applied a dab of HHT to the edges for a little smoothing.
Pull up into high puff with Tomoka’s Twist. No brushing or smoothing hair.
Spritz w/a little KTRM.
Let air dry.
I finally used the QB stuff last night as not to belabor the moment. I washed with the OCDC. And I still don’t quite like that for my hair. It is not moisturizing enough for me on wet or dry hair. Just greasy. Eck!!
And it does not leave my hair particularly soft. I applied some of the AOHC to my hair. I raked it in with my fingers. It goes on a little rubbery feeling. My hands felt like I was rubbing rubber with a stuttered drag to it. Hard to explain. I got worried about it. I applied a dab of the HHT to my hair line. I pulled it up without using a comb or brush into a high puff. I sprayed a little of the Karkady Tea Replen. Mist on for good measure, about 4 squirts. Man that smells good. My hair felt soft after applying the AOHC. It also gave me lots of shine too. I was shocked by that because of the way that it went on. This morning on fully dry hair, my hair is VERY soft and silky feeling. The last time my hair was this soft it was relaxed. I mean, it is so soft I can’t even begin to convey that enough. My hair is never soft after using a cream only and after air drying it. I am totally impressed with this cream. If it continues to work this well, then I will buy the full size. I did not get the Honey Hydrating Hair Balm to try; it did not come in my sampler pack.
I am so surprised that my hair drank in those oils. It worked better with this than it did with any of the BC products as far as moisture and softness goes. I just might be hooked. I just touched my hair again and it still feels very moisturized, soft to the touch, and feels and looks silky and shiny!! WOW!! ![]()
With these current findings and if this trend continues….I may be cashing in my personal stash of Blended Cutie and pick up the Qhemet Biologics instead. And that is saying a lot because I LUB LUB LUB
the Blended Beauty products. Now my girls will continue to use the Blended Cutie line. So, they may be getting my products. But we’ll see!!
I know you just might be wondering what is in my hair. Beautiful, hunh? These are called Tomoka’s Twists and they are used on curly-ethnic-afro textured hair for a high pony puff and can also be used beautifully to adorn loc’s as well. This ingenious idea is wonderfully and simply crafted. I have been using it for about a couple weeks now and I use it all the time. I have not used my traditional ponytail holders, Scunchi or Goody Ouchless bands to pull my hair up. I have also used knee highs, because it does the trick even better than the ouchless bands. I am so HAPPY with my purchase and the product. Please stop by, PLACE YOUR ORDER, and read her story on its creation. This is another example of an idea turned entrepreneurial opportunity! They aren’t that expensive. They range in cost from $12-$14. And some come with the matching earrings!!
